Cancellation Policy
Regular Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please login to your account from Joel's website and select "My Bookings" from the drop-down list, then select the "Manage" button. There is no charge for cancelling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Contact Joel directly to manage last-minute changes to your bookings. Cancelations and rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $25 service charge. No Shows: Payments made online are non-refundable. Future bookings must be placed online.
